If you are currently a Resident with GVM Properties, INC. please be aware that as lease renewals come due that if rents have been historically late you will NOT be offered a renewal for your lease. In addition it is good to know that increases in rent are common and will likely be applied to any renewal with GVM Properties.

On 01/20/23 New York State Has Ceased Accepting Applications And Further Closed The Program. Why Does This Matter To Me As The Tenant? It Matters Because Now Evictions Can Be Processed For Non-Payment Without Infringement. This Will Make Tenants Responsible Once Again For Non-Payment And The Courts Will Not Be Able To Halt Evictions. If You Are A Tenant With GVM Properties, INC. And Have Not Reached Out To Your Property AND Owe Back Rent Please Contact Us Immediately.
